Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your MiniDoxie to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please email us at quinn@minidoxiecompany.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: We do our best to inspect every item before it ships, but mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at quinn@minidoxiecompany.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges: The fastest way to process an exchange is to return your original item for a full refund and place a new order for the size or style you would like.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
